Meanwhile notice we will hopefully keep on going with a lot of the classes and facilitator which are now in the Seed offering their great services.

Vinyasa Style Yoga
Find different Yoga styles in our schedule and practice what you like. From Hatha Vinyasa, Ashtanga and Jivamukti Yoga - which one calls you in to practice. Schedule will be online soon!
Pilates Matwork
Pilates Matwork is a wonderful core and fullbody workout, which combines deep stretches, mobility and strength with awareness and focus. You work with your own bodyweight, activating your core, connecting your breath.
Rocket Yoga 1 & 2
Rocket Yoga is a dynamic, breath-led practice created by Larry Schultz, blending Ashtanga structure with playful freedom. It emphasizes strength, flexibility, and fun through creative flows, arm balances, and inversions.
Rocket 1 builds on the Primary Series with grounding forward folds, hip openers, and accessible balances—great for building a strong base.
Rocket 2 draws from the Intermediate Series, adding deeper backbends, twists, and more challenging inversions for an energizing, advanced experience.
Yin Flow (Balance)
Yin Yoga is a very slow and calming type of yoga. The poses are held for 3 and more minutes. If your are a complete beginner in Yoga this can be a very challenging class. Yin Yoga works with the elements and the energy flow in the meridians and is very effective if you have a busy mind and are rather an “airy” personality. It helps grounding and coming into the present moment. In this class Yin Poses will be connected into a flow.
Pilates X HIIT
Pilates itself is already an amazing strength training. In this class also other ways of exercising the body come into play and will complete the whole class. You can expect high intensity exercises as well as working out with props - be surprised whats on for you, as the variety is amazing.
Rest & Regulate
Calming the nervous system is such a nourishing and necessary act of selflove in our nowadays pace of life. Join our Rest & Regulate class to calm the mind and restore your balance.
Mobility Flow
Mobility Flow blends yoga-inspired movement with mobility training and Kinstretch to build strength, flexibility, and joint health. It’s ideal for injury recovery and perfect for beginners, helping you move with more ease, prevent future injuries, and feel stronger in daily life.
Ashtanga Shortform
Ashtanga Yoga – Short Form (75 min) offers a guided sequence inspired by the traditional Ashtanga Primary Series, condensed into a more accessible format. In this class, you’ll build strength, flexibility, and focus through breath-led movement, balancing challenge with flow—perfect for those who want the benefits of Ashtanga in a shorter practice
