Through conscious connected breathing, you’ll enter a state where the mind becomes quieter and the body more present. In this space, the stories you usually identify with can begin to loosen — not through force, but through awareness and breath.
You’ll be guided to notice the patterns you carry, while allowing your system to experience something beyond them. Sensations, emotions, and inner movement are welcome — all of it part of reconnecting with what is already there beneath the narrative.

Join fashion designer Evelyn for a relaxed, hands-on sewing workshop where you'll create your summer top. Drawing on her professional experience in fashion design, Evelyn will guide you through every step of the process, making this workshop perfect for beginners as well as those looking to build confidence at the sewing machine.
All fabrics are included, and a sewing machine will be provided for you. You're also welcome to bring your own fabric or sewing machine if you prefer to work with familiar materials and tools.
