Wiebke
Wiebke brings a lighthearted, uplifting, and empowering spirit into every space she creates. As the founder of Algarve Alchemy, she offers more than physical practice — she guides people into deeper connection with themselves through embodied movement, mindful presence, and authentic expression. Her sessions are enriched with storytelling, chanting, free movement, somatic practices, and moments of genuine human connection, creating experiences that are both grounding and transformative.
Specializing in Pilates, Pilates Fusion, Yoga, Breathwork, and holistic functional training, Wiebke weaves together movement, mindfulness, and wellbeing in an inspiring and accessible way. Her teaching invites participants to cultivate strength, resilience, self-awareness, and inner balance while reconnecting to the wisdom of the body.
With an interdisciplinary academic background in Sport Science, Pedagogics, and Psychology from Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel, her approach bridges scientific understanding with intuitive and embodied practices.
