Intense Vinyasa

Pilates X Circuit
with Wiebke
Pilates X Circuit Class is a wonderful core and fullbody workout, which combines deep stretches, mobility and strength with awareness and focus. In this class we work with props like Kettleball, Pilatesball, Tubes, elastic bands. Theres always variations offered so you can adapt to your personal fitness level. Classic Pilates exersices support you to connect o the breath and your center and stretch your boday at the same time.
Rocket Yoga 1
with Paulo
Rocket Yoga is a dynamic, breath-led practice created by Larry Schultz, blending Ashtanga structure with playful freedom. It emphasizes strength, flexibility, and fun through creative flows, arm balances, and inversions.
Rocket 1 builds on the Primary Series with grounding forward folds, hip openers, and accessible balances—great for building a strong base.
Rocket 2 draws from the Intermediate Series, adding deeper backbends, twists, and more challenging inversions for an energizing, advanced experience.
Balance Yin Vinyasa

Yang to Yin: An evening of harmony and rejuvenation. This unique session blends dynamic, energizing sequences (Yang - vinyasa) with soothing, restorative postures, creating the perfect balance for your body and mind (Yin). Begin with some Pranayama (breathing) and invigorating flows to build strength and vitality, followed by deeply relaxing poses and meditation to release tension and promote inner calm. This approach creates harmony between stillness and movement, promoting overall physical, mental, and energetic balance. Perfect for unwinding at the end of the day, this class will leave you feeling grounded, balanced, and refreshed.
Pilates X HIIT

Pilates itself is already an amazing strength training. In this class also other ways of exercising the body come into play and will complete the whole class. You can expect high intensity exercises as well as working out with props - be surprised whats on for you, as the variety is amazing.
Yogalates

A dynamic fusion of Pilates and yoga, starting with precise, core-focused movements to build strength and stability, and gradually softening into a mindful flow and restorative sequence to release tension and restore balance in body and mind. All levels welcome.
Rise & Shine

A flowing practice where breath becomes your guide and movement turns into meditation. In this class, postures are woven together in graceful sequences that create a sense of rhythm and presence. The dynamic flow strengthens and lengthens your body, while mindful transitions calm the nervous system and quiet the mind. Through balancing effort and ease, Vinyasa invites you to release tension, build inner resilience, and reconnect with your natural flow of energy.
Pilates Barre Flow

This class. combines classic Pilates exercises and Barre exercises. A music driven flow weaving the different exersices together building heat and intensity. Focussing on isometric contractions, fexibility, footwork, balance and core work - this class will get you to sweat in a soft way, targeting your deep muscle layers.
Accessable for all levels, variations are offered.

Inspired by Capoeira, Boxing, and Kung Fu, we mix in light martial arts elements to build strength, coordination, and confidence—always keeping things fluid, creative, and fun rather than technical.
