Vinyasa Style Yoga

Suitable for all levels, with options to challenge yourself or take it slow.
Class Description
Pilates Beginner Matwork
with Wiebke
Pilates Matwork is a wonderful core and fullbody workout, which combines deep stretches, mobility and strength with awareness and focus. You work with your own bodyweight, activating your core, connecting your breath. This class is perfect for beginner to learn the basic and classic Pilates exersices, connecting to the breath and the body.
Rocket Yoga 1
with Paulo
Rocket Yoga is a dynamic, breath-led practice created by Larry Schultz, blending Ashtanga structure with playful freedom. It emphasizes strength, flexibility, and fun through creative flows, arm balances, and inversions.
Rocket 1 builds on the Primary Series with grounding forward folds, hip openers, and accessible balances—great for building a strong base.
Rocket 2 draws from the Intermediate Series, adding deeper backbends, twists, and more challenging inversions for an energizing, advanced experience.
Balance Yin Vinyasa

Yang to Yin: An evening of harmony and rejuvenation. This unique session blends dynamic, energizing sequences (Yang - vinyasa) with soothing, restorative postures, creating the perfect balance for your body and mind (Yin). Begin with some Pranayama (breathing) and invigorating flows to build strength and vitality, followed by deeply relaxing poses and meditation to release tension and promote inner calm. This approach creates harmony between stillness and movement, promoting overall physical, mental, and energetic balance. Pilates X HIIT

Pilates itself is already an amazing strength training. In this class also other ways of exercising the body come into play and will complete the whole class. You can expect high intensity exercises as well as working out with props - be surprised whats on for you, as the variety is amazing.
Rest & Regulate

This deeply restorative Yin class is designed to guide you into profound relaxation using functional breathing and NSDR (Non-Sleep Deep Rest) techniques. Through long-held, passive postures, we’ll invite the body to release tension while integrating breath patterns that down-regulate the nervous system, signalling safety and calm. As we soften into stillness, breathwork and NSDR techniques will help shift you out of stress mode and into deep rest and restoration. You’ll leave feeling grounded, replenished, and fully reset. Mobility Flow

Ashtanga Gentle Flow

A softer approach to the traditional Ashtanga practice, designed to be accessible, inclusive, and nurturing. In this class we focus on the fundamental postures, with more time to explore alignment, breath, and awareness.
Expect fewer vinyasas and transitions, along with gentle modifications to meet each body where it is today. The practice is complemented by calming pranayama, meditation, and an extended savasana, creating space for both strength and relaxation.
This class is ideal for those who love the structure of Ashtanga but wish to experience it in a more mindful and sustainable way.
Ashtanga Primary Series

The Ashtanga Primary Series—known as Yoga Chikitsa or “Yoga Therapy”—is a powerful and demanding sequence designed to cleanse and align both body and mind. In this 90-minute class, you’ll follow the traditional set of postures linked with breath, focus, and flowing transitions.
