Playful, creative & fun Yoga


A fun, playful yoga class where children move, breathe, and explore their bodies in a safe, nurturing space. Through games, short stories, and imaginative miming, they learn yoga postures while boosting balance, coordination, and confidence.

Yoga Kids helps children calm their minds, regulate emotions, and express their creativity — all while having fun and feeling joyful. A short, magical moment for your child to connect with their body, breath, and curiosity.

How does it work

This is a 6-week yoga journey for your little one. Feel free to try the first class with no pressure — if you decide not to continue, you’ll simply pay for a single drop-in session. If your child loves it and you’d like to continue, you can enjoy the special 6-week package offer.

About Caroline

Caroline is a trained Kids Yoga Teacher, Mum and Ayurveda Expert. Her happy and cheerful being and her love for creative and playful movement will help your little loved one engage straight away.

She will create a loving and caring as well as nourishing environment where your kids can be, grow, get creative, move and have fun with others.
