EMOTIONAL RELEASE BREATHWORK WITH MARTIN & JULIA
Conscious connected breathwork goes there. It bypasses the analytical mind and works directly with what the body has been holding: old grief, stored tension, emotions that never quite made it all the way through. The experience is immersive, held within a carefully crafted soundscape, and guided throughout with intuitive touch and vocal support. What tends to follow is a profound sense of release, a quality of clarity that’s difficult to manufacture any other way, and a feeling of being genuinely at home in your own skin.
Martin O’Toole is an integrative psychology coach, breathwork facilitator, and author of How To Die Happy; his new book, How Not To Suffer, will be released July 30. Julia Louise is a yogini and teacher with over fifteen years of experience in the practice and the philosophy that underpins it. Together, as practitioners and as partners, they bring something to the space that’s genuinely unusual: two people who have done this work on themselves, who continue to do it, and who understand from the inside what it takes to hold a space in which others can do it too.
For many years, Martin and Julia lived and worked in Bali, where they were residents at the island’s Alchemy Yoga & Meditation Centres in Uluwatu and Ubud. Their weekly sold out events were renowned amongst seekers worldwide, looking for a truly transformational practice. Currently living in the UK, they’re in Portugal for just a few weeks in July and August, and we’re lucky to be hosting them here.
Whether this is your first time or your fiftieth, you’re welcome.
Breathe, release, and reset with Martin and Julia.
