YOUR TEACHER TEAM

Meet Wiebke

With over 20 years of experience teaching Pilates, Yoga, and a wide variety of movement disciplines across Germany, Spain, and Portugal, Wiebke brings a unique blend of knowledge, experience, and passion to every class and training.

Holding academic degrees in Sports Science, Psychology, and Education, she combines evidence-based movement with an intuitive, holistic approach to teaching. Her journey has naturally evolved into the fields of Breathwork, Somatics, and Embodiment, shaping the way she guides people—not just to move better, but to feel more connected to themselves.

Wiebke's classes are energetic, creative, and thoughtfully designed to challenge each individual to step beyond their comfort zone while always honoring the body's needs. With a strong focus on precision, movement quality, and intelligent programming, she creates an environment where people feel empowered, supported, and inspired.

No two classes are ever the same. Guided by music, rhythm, and flow, every session is designed to be an experience—one that leaves you feeling stronger, more present, and deeply connected to your body.

Meet Leonie

Leonie’s journey began with strength training, led her to yoga, and eventually found its missing piece in Pilates. Today, she brings these disciplines together to create experiences that build strength, improve mobility, and cultivate a deeper mind-body connection.

Drawing from her background in Yoga, Pilates, Sculpt, Functional Movement, Group Fitness, and Mobility, she creates experiences that blend strength, mindful movement, and education. Whether through classes, workshops, or retreats, her intention is to create a space where people feel safe to explore their potential, reconnect with their bodies, and discover the confidence that grows through intentional movement.

For Leonie, movement has never been about burning calories or chasing perfection. It has always been about feeling strong, connected, and at home in your own body. She believes that movement should feel empowering rather than intimidating. More than transforming the body, it has the power to regulate the nervous system, build resilience, cultivate confidence, and help us reconnect with ourselves. Every experience is designed to leave people feeling stronger, more grounded, and encouraged—not just in their bodies, but in themselves.
