About Wiebke:

Wiebke is a trauma-informed Holosomatic Breathwork Facilitator with over 200 hours of Breathwork Facilitator Training.

For nearly 30 years, working with the physical body as a pathway to grounding, release, and healing has been central to her journey. She holds academic certifications in Sports Science, Psychology, and Pedagogy, and is also trained as a Pilates, Yoga, and Kitesurf instructor.

Guiding, teaching, and empowering others has always been her calling. Through retreats, classes, and individual sessions, Wiebke supports people in reconnecting with their bodies, accessing their inner strength, and stepping into their full potential. Along her path, she has gathered not only extensive training and certifications, but—most importantly—deep, lived experience.

Wiebke facilitates sessions in Germany and Spain, as well as at her own space, Algarve Alchemy.

This experience supports you in releasing stored stress, old conditioning, trauma, and emotional or physical pain — creating space for renewal, balance, and inner freedom.

Through conscious, connected breathing, the body is gently guided into a natural state of self-healing. The breath activates the vagus nerve, allowing the nervous system to shift out of survival mode and into deep relaxation, safety, and regeneration. In this state, the body and mind can release what no longer serves you — without force, analysis, or re-traumatization.
