What to expect

A Place to Dis - Connect

Your home for the week is a spacious, relaxed house near the center of Lagos—close enough to walk to beaches, cafés, and local spots, but tucked away enough to actually switch off.

So you get the best of both: easy access to everything, and a calm place to land.

The house offers comfortable shared rooms and plenty of space to spread out. There’s reliable WiFi, a fully equipped kitchen, and everything you need to feel at home—simple, easy, and welcoming.

It’s set up for both downtime and connection.

Daily Movement

There’s movement every day—but nothing rigid, nothing you have to do.

Yoga and Pilates sessions are offered in a way that fits the flow of the day. Some days start slow and grounding, others a bit more energizing—it really depends on what feels right. You can join in when you feel like it, or take time off when you don’t.

The mix includes:

  • Vinyasa Yoga get the energy flowing

  • Yin Yoga for slowing down, releasing, and resetting

  • Pilates and variations with Barre & HIIT for strength, stability, and body awareness

It’s all about balance—building strength and flexibility while also giving your body time to relax and recover.

No pushing, no pressure.
You should leave each session feeling better than when you walked in—more awake, more connected, and properly recharged.

Nourishment as Medicine

Food is part of the experience—not just something on the side.

You’ll have a fresh breakfast every day, plus two Ayurvedic-inspired dinners during the week. Simple, delicious meals that leave you feeling good—energized, satisfied, and not weighed down.

The focus is on mindful, nourishing food - meals prepared with care, using seasonal ingredients and balanced flavors that support your body and your energy.

Breathwork and Soundhealing with Cacao

Breathwork and soundhealing & Cacao are part of the experience—but, like everything here its invitation, not a must.

This session is meant to slow down, going inward and release tension and stress on different levels.

You’ll be guided through a conscious connected Breathwork session to release and clear, reconnect with your body and your inner landscape. Simply using your breath in a more conscious way to shift how you feel.

The soundhealing completes what we started with the Ceremonial Cacao.
Experiencing a deep heartfelt connection through the Cacao, journing deeper inwards through breath and finishing with cristalbowl sound in deep healing and relaxation.

This is one of the deeper experiences in this retreat. You set your intention for it.

Day Surftrip with Surfexperience

One full day out on the wild west coast—big views, fresh air, and a lot of ocean.

We head to one of the Algarve’s most beautiful surf beaches, where cliffs drop into long Atlantic waves. Whether it’s your first time on a board or you’ve done it before, you’ll be guided by experienced instructors who keep it safe, simple, and fun.

No pressure to perform—this is about getting in the water, trying things out, wiping out, laughing, and going again.

You’ll learn the basics, get a feel for the waves, and spend time just being in the ocean. In between, there’s plenty of space to hang out on the beach, relax, and enjoy the surroundings with the group.

It’s active, refreshing, and a bit of an adventure—but always at your own pace.

If you’re up for trying something new, this one’s a good one.

In a calm lagoon nearby, you’ll get an introduction to wingfoiling—guided, beginner-friendly, and easier than it looks (well… kind of). The setting is safe and supportive, so you can take your time and figure it out step by step.

It’s a mix of balance, coordination, and just going with it. Expect a few wobbly moments, some laughs, and that really good feeling when it starts to click.

You don’t need any experience—just a bit of curiosity.

Join if it excites you, skip if it doesn’t.
Either way, it’s a fun chance to try something different, be on the water, and maybe surprise yourself a little.

Sailing Trip along Algarve Coastline

We hop on a sailboat and let the wind carry us past golden cliffs, secret coves, and turquoise waters. Seeing the Algarve from the ocean is a completely different kind of magic—spacious, calm, and surprisingly grounding.

Take your time to relax on deck, swim in crystal-clear water, soak up the sun, or just watch the waves. It’s a chance to slow down, be present, and connect—with nature, the group, and yourself.

No rush, no schedule—just the sea, the sky, and the moment.

Infrared Sauna & Icebath at the Alchemy Space

Our afternoon and evening practices take place in the Alchemy Space — a consciously created sanctuary designed for presence, depth and regeneration.

This space invites you to slow down, drop out of the busy mind and fully arrive in your body. With natural light, warm textures and a grounded atmosphere, it offers a safe and nourishing container for yoga, breathwork, movement and embodied exploration.

As the day softens, the Alchemy Space becomes a place of integration and restoration. Here, you’ll enjoy the healing rhythm of sauna and ice bath rituals, supporting circulation, detoxification and nervous system balance. The contrast between heat and cold invites clarity, resilience and deep relaxation — a powerful way to release tension and reset the body and mind.

Whether you are moving, sweating, breathing or simply resting, this space holds you in a sense of calm, safety and connection. It is a place where transformation feels gentle, embodied and deeply grounded — always balanced with ease and pleasure.
