This in-person workshop is an invitation to slow down and turn inward — to reconnect with parts of yourself that may have been shaped long ago, and to meet them with awareness, presence, love, and compassion.
Through a guided inner journey, you’ll be invited to explore familiar inner landscapes — such as a childhood place or a younger part of yourself — to gently observe, understand, and integrate what is ready to be met.
Whatever arises — images, feelings, sensations, or quiet impressions — is welcome, each in its own way and in its own time.
As earlier inner parts are met and embraced, there is also space to sense what may open next. From this place of integration, you’ll be gently invited to glimpse what becomes possible when these parts are welcomed and held — a sense of what may be waiting for you as you move forward from a more connected and integrated place within yourself.

Monika is a Therapeutic Life Coach, Hypnotherapist, RTT-Therapist, and Yoga & Meditation Teacher.
Her own healing journey led her to a deeply holistic way of working that weaves together body, mind, and inner awareness, including the subtle power of the subconscious.
With presence, intuition, and care, she guides people through inner journeys that support clarity, integration, and self-connection.
Her work is grounded, gentle, and shaped by many years of personal healing and experience guiding others through their transformations.

The Spring Equinox marks a powerful turning point in the year, a moment of balance between light and dark before the energy of the season begins to move forward again. It also begins Aries season, the start of the zodiac and a time associated with courage, leadership, and new beginnings.
If you’ve been feeling the pull for change, clarity, or a fresh start, this is an invitation to pause, reconnect with yourself, and listen to what is ready to begin. This immersive afternoon is designed to help you release what no longer belongs to you, reconnect with your intuition, and step forward with greater self trust, courage, and clarity for the season ahead.
During this immersive afternoon we will explore
• RESET breathwork journey
• Somatic movement practices
• Kundalini yoga and pranayama
• Astrology
• Self inquiry and reflective journaling
• Intuition and future self visualization
• Meditation
• Sound healing integration
Tea and nourishing snacks will be provided so we can take time to integrate, connect, and ground after the practice.
No previous experience with breathwork or yoga is required. Simply come as you are.
Spaces are limited to keep the experience intimate.

What is RESET Breathwork?
RESET Breathwork is a 3-part conscious connected breath practiced laying on your back, coached by Izabella. It’s designed to intentionally stretch the sympathetic nervous system in a safe space in order to support the body in finding homeostasis, deeper into a parasympathetic state (AKA relaxation), and create greater levels of healing. This practice goes beyond Wim Hof, pranayama, and meditation.
What is Sound Healing?
Izabella uses Tibetan Singing bowls to stimulate your body’s healing processes on all levels—physical, energetic, emotional, and mental. They have a deep vibration that stimulates the vagus nerve which soothes your nervous system, helping you deeply relax. Each bowl is tuned to the unique frequency of the 7 chakras.
What do you need:
Wear comfortable clothing that doesn’t restrict your navel.
Bottle of drinking water.
Journal + Pen
Optional: a photo or artifact of an ancestor you’d like to connect with.
Don’t eat or drink at least an hour before this session, but make sure you hydrate leading up to it.
